We prepare this traditional and delicious mutton dish of Lahore by following an exotic recipe.  We use the finest and fresh ingredients for making it. The ingredients are as follows: Fresh meat, Black cumin, salt, onion, turmeric, oil, cardamom, plain flour, green Cardamom, and water. First of all, we warm up the oil in the pan. Add onions and cook them for a few minutes until they turn into golden brown. We add salt, black cumin, turmeric, Cardamom, and cumin in it and at the end, we add meat and mix everything well. When the color of the meat starts to turn brown, we add the green cardamom. Then we dissolve plain flour in water for adding it into the meat. Then add water and cover the pan with the lid. We cook it for 3 to 4 hours on a low flame. We serve this mouthwatering dish to our customers and they enjoy it with their family and friends.
