Pulao – Aromatic Rice Soaked in a Savory Stew

Our clients love to eat our Beef Pulao that is prepared with a lot of love and care. This dish can be cooked with different recipes, but we cook it by following a traditional method of our grandmother. We use mutton, rice, onions, ginger and garlic paste, oil, kewarrah, saffron, salt, black cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, yogurt, and black pepper.
